What do I receive after I pay?
After your payment is confirmed, your subscription or trial credentials are sent by email and appear in your customer dashboard. You typically get M3U playlist and/or Xtream Codes portal details, depending on your setup.
Which devices and apps work?
Most users watch on Smart TVs, Android TV / Fire TV, phones, tablets, or PC. Any app that supports M3U lists or Xtream portal login (e.g. common IPTV players) should work—we send the format your plan uses.
What is the difference between the trial and a subscription?
The trial gives you the same scope as an active line for a limited window so you can test quality and channel selection. Subscriptions are billed for the period you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) with 1 or 5 simultaneous connections.
Do you include an EPG (programme guide)?
We do not ship a separate EPG URL by default. In most cases the M3U playlist is enough for apps to show a programme grid. If you still need a dedicated guide link, ask support after your line is active—we can provide one on request when it is available for your package.
Is VOD (movies and series) included?
Yes—on-demand movies and series are included with every plan, alongside the live channel bouquet. The library is large and updated regularly; what you see in your app can still vary slightly by app, region, and how your player loads the playlist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept cryptocurrency at checkout. Supported coins and networks are shown when you place an order.
Can I use the service in any country?
Yes. You can use the service from anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection. We do not impose regional restrictions on access—if your network and app are set up correctly, you should be able to watch without issues.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Because of that, we strongly recommend testing first—use the trial or check everything on your devices and apps before you buy a longer subscription—so you are sure the service meets your expectations.
